Information about our processing of your personal information

Imagelife is a service provided by Esoft Systems A/S, CVR 2536 2195, for the purposes of this privacy policy Esoft Systems A/S will be referred to as “Imagelife”.

At Imagelife we have a clear ambition of minimizing our processing of personal data, and strive to maintain a high level of transparency in relation to the data that we process. The purpose of this policy is to explain how Imagelife collects, processes, and protects your personal data.

Processing of personal data

Personal data

Once you have opted to use Imagelife services, following limited personal data with Imagelife for the purposes of account handling and billing: i.e. your name, address(es), phone number, email, and billing information.

In addition, upon upload images we may process any personal data that you may include in these images. Therefore, we kindly ask you to remove any personal data or sensitive information, that you do not wish for us to process.

Legal Basis:

We will only process personal data when:

• It is necessary for the performance of our services

• It is necessary to comply with a legal obligation

Transfer of personal data

We will safeguard your personal data, and will only disclose the necessary personal data in the following circumstances:

• Transfers to other Esoft companies where they will assist in the delivery of the service to you

• We transfer the necessary data to Stripe.com, for payment processing: https://stripe.com/en-dk/privacy.

• To third party suppliers, that are integral to our services, e.g. providers of cloud services. For the full list of the data processers we use, see link.

Transfers to third countries:

• As part of the delivery of our services and products, personal data may be accessed by Esoft entities outside the EU and EEA for the purposes post production, etc. is conducted in an intra-group company in Vietnam, which is regarded as a third country by the EU Commission. In accordance with Article 46 (2) of the Data Protection Regulation. 5, We has ensured that the necessary warranties and rights are in place for you as a customer in that country. This is done by following the EU Commission’s Transmission Guidelines, which requires that Esoft has concluded the EU Commission’s Standard Agreement with its subsidiary in Vietnam (pursuant to Article 46 (2) (c). This will ensure that the required guidelines are met by Esoft.

Storage of your personal information:

• In connection with the delivery of our products / services, we will store your personal data for up to 6 years after completion of customer relationships pursuant to the Bookkeeping Act, unless there are special reasons for storing the information for an extended period of time.

Your rights

You have a several rights under the Data Protection Regulation in relation to our processing of information about you, including but not limited to:

·       Right to see information: You are entitled to gain insight into the information that we are processing about you, as well as a number of additional information.

·       Right to rectification: You are entitled to demand correction any incorrect personal data about yourself

·       Right to deletion: You may have the right to delete information about you before the time of our general general deletion occurs.

·       Right to limitation of processing: You may have limited access to the processing of your personal information. If you are entitled to limited treatment, we will only be able to process the information – except for storage – with your consent or for the purpose of determining, enforcing or defending legal requirements or protecting a person or important social interests.

·       Right to object: In some cases, you may object to our or legitimate processing of your personal information.

·       Right to transmit information (data portability): You may, in certain cases, have the right to receive your personal information in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to transfer such personal data from one data manager to another without any hindrance.
